Over the course of four weeks, this class will provide both beginners and seasoned writers with a supportive space to explore the depths of their thoughts and emotions. Join Latonya on a guided journey of introspection, where each week focuses on different aspects of journaling: understanding its benefits, trying various techniques and prompts, and developing strategies to overcome writer’s block. You'll also learn how to create a personalized journaling routine that seamlessly fits into your daily life, fostering creativity and self-reflection. Optional sharing sessions will help build a sense of community and support. Bring your favorite notebook, writing utensils, an open mind, and the willingness to invest in your personal growth.
